Media Release Waiver
By participating in events organized by the Minnesota Card Show, I hereby grant permission to the Minnesota Card Show, its employees, agents, sponsors, and affiliates to utilize any photographs, videos, or interviews of me for promotional and marketing endeavors associated with the event and any future events organized by the Minnesota Card Show.
I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

The content may be utilized in various media formats, including but not limited to print, online, social media, and broadcast.

The content may be employed in promotional materials, advertisements, press releases, and other communications related to the Minnesota Card Show and forthcoming events.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the final versions of the content before publication.

I release the Minnesota Card Show, its employees, agents, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims or liability arising out of the use of the content, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of rights.

This waiver remains valid for an indefinite period and extends to all content captured during any Minnesota Card Show event. I understand that my participation in the Minnesota Card Show is voluntary and accept the terms outlined in this Media Release Waiver.
