Dealer Info for the Minnesota Card Show TCG Only

Set-up

All dealers are required to submit an ST-19 form prior to the show they are attending. Download here. A Minnesota Tax ID is required—if you do not have one, you can apply for one here.

  • Set-up starts at 8am.  Dealers are expected to be there by 10am. 

  • Each table is 8ft and one chair will be provided per table.  If you need more than 1 chair please bring your own.

  • You are expected to stay until the end of the show which is 6pm.  For load-in and load-out you can enter though the main door or unload directly into the hall using garage doors: Exact directions HERE

Tables are Sold Out

Parking
There is plenty of parking for everyone.  The easiest place to park is near the Canterbury Park Expo Center.

Concessions
The venue will provide Food and Beverages throughout the show.

 

Dealer Badge Policy

  • Dealer badges are NON-TRANSFERABLE.

  • Dealer badges are strictly for individuals actively working behind or operating a dealer table during the event.

  • Dealer badges may not be sold, shared, loaned, transferred, or given away to attendees or shoppers.

  • Dealer badges are only for legitimate dealers and staff working the table.

  • Dealer badges are NOT intended for general admission purposes or for individuals who simply want early access to shop the show.

  • Purchasing or using a dealer badge solely to gain access to walk around or shop the event is prohibited.

  • Dealer badges must be used appropriately and only for dealer-related purposes.

  • All individuals behind dealer tables or in dealer-only areas must have a valid dealer badge visible at all times.

  • If any dealer is caught selling, sharing, transferring, or allowing unauthorized use of a dealer badge:

    • The dealer and badge holder may be removed from the event immediately.

    • The dealer may lose future dealer privileges.

    • No refunds will be issued for tables, badges, or any associated purchases.

Dealer Rules & Policies

Dealer Registration & Table Information

  • Tables are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Dealers are able to select their table location for most events.

Table Sharing

  • Table sharing is allowed; however:

    • One individual must complete registration/check-in.

    • Both individuals must wear valid dealer badges at all times.

Items Allowed for Sale

Dealers may sell items related to the event theme, including but not limited to:​

  • Pokémon cards

  • Trading card games (TCGs)

  • Comics

  • Collectibles

  • Related hobby products

Shelving & Displays

  • Shelving and displays are allowed behind tables as long as:

    • They do not extend into another dealer’s space.

    • They do not block walkways or create safety hazards.

  • Dealers with booth spaces may use the space within their designated booth area as desired.

Dealer Conduct & Attendance

  • Dealers are expected to remain set up for the duration of the show unless approved otherwise by show management.

  • Dealers must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward attendees, staff, guests, and other vendors.

  • Minnesota Card Show reserves the right to remove any dealer for disruptive behavior, policy violations, or conduct deemed harmful to the event.

Refund Policy

Cancellation refunds are as follows:

  • 30+ days before the event: 90% refund

  • Less than 30 days before the event: 75% refund

  • Less than 7 days before the event: 50% refund

  • Less than 2 days before the event: No refund

General Information

  • Wi-Fi availability varies by venue.

  • Most attendees pay using cash, PayPal, Venmo, and card payments.

  • ATMs are available at all shows.

  • Dealers are encouraged to bring card readers if accepting credit/debit card payments.
